Sharon Spence of Garage Dyeworks has been dying yarn in Hillsboro since 2008, previously under the name “Stitch Jones.” She enjoys using bright, vibrant color in her dye work, and likes fun names for her colorways, like “Fold in the Cheese,” “She Walked in Through the Out Door,” and “Bring Your Jukebox Money.” Sharon is the dyer who brought us our signature shop color, “Belle of the Ball.”
Christiane Winter Trunk Show

InTheBagPDX Trunk Show

We’ll host InTheBagPDX for a trunk show all four days of the Crawl. Owner Tracy creates practical but fun and unique bags and storage accessories for all your project needs, from sweaters to socks. Her bags, bins and rope baskets are as notable for their colors and patterns as they are for their excellent craftsmanship.
Amirisu Trunk Show

Founded in Kyoto, Amirisu currently operates from three locations: Kyoto, Tokyo, and their US base in Portland, Oregon. Amirisu features lifestyle knitting magazines available both physically and digitally. They will be sharing some of their beautiful yarn bases.

Corrie (she/her), of Comma Craft Co, lives and works in Sacramento, Calif. under the su-purr-vision of her cat, Pancake. Comma Craft Co offers notions and accessories to a diverse community of humans who knit, crochet, quilt, sew, and so much more. This year's trunk show will feature a variety of unique point protectors, fun stitch markers, handmade project bags, handy organizational tools, beadweaving creations, and a few other surprises.

This line was created to help support Harrisville’s hydropower installation so they can produce clean energy from the waterways their mill uses. Reflective Society Trunk Show

Reflective Society is a collection of everyday, wearable reflective accessories for bikers, pedestrians and dance parties! Owner and designer Iris Vondell started working with reflective yarn, reflective fabric and reflective rope after she was hit by a car while biking in 2011. What began as a small personal project turned into a passion to bring visibility and fashion together with functional and unique pieces!

The Fiber Rhythm Craft Space

The Fiber Rhythm Craft Space is our community resource where crafty folks can rent time on our equipment. We have a drum carder, sewing machine, cricut, and several knitting machines for in-space rental. We also have limited quantities of take-home equipment available to rent. Come to the Knitting Machine room during crawl to check out what you might be able to do with a knitting machine! Demo schedule will be provided on the Fiber Rhythm website prior to crawl.
Fiona Kay Knits Trunk Show

We’re excited to once again feature Fiona Kay Knits for all four days of the Crawl. A one-woman dying operation based right here in Portland, Fiona draws inspiration from goth and alternative fashions, country western aesthetics, horror movies and American traditional tattoo designs. Her work has been described as “Goth Lisa Frank” or “Dolly Parton meets Elvira.” Fiona’s yarn is featured in our shop’s knit pattern this year.
Moss & Fern Fiber Studio Trunk Show

Moss and Fern Studio was created from a love of knitting and a deep connection to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Rebecca Pearcy Trunk Show

At the heart of Rebecca Pearcy is her passion for color & textiles. After starting & growing her first business, Queen Bee, she embarked on a study of surface design at The Fabric Workshop in Philadelphia, where she fell in love with the process of designing & hand printing her own patterns onto fabrics. RP will be bringing us a wonderful crafters collection of bins and bags designed, printed, and sewn in her Portland studio.
